Type III Hard Armor Plate

Our Type III rifle rated hard armor plate is NIJ 0101.06 certified, NTOA Member Tested and Recommended and protects against multiple shots from the 7.62 x 51mm (M80) and lesser threats. NIJ Type III plates are not intended to stop steel core penetrating or armor piercing ammunitions. Torso and side plate sizes are compatible with common tactical plate carriers.

Type III++ Hard Armor Plate

Our Type III++ hard armor plate is NIJ 0101.06 Type III certified with special threat testing. Our Type III++ armor plate provides an additional level of rifle rated protection between Type III and Type IV, to combat newer emerging threats. This plate protects against Armor Piercing (AP), Armor Piercing Incendiary (API), and several steel core variants.

Type IV Hard Armor Plate

Our multi-shot capable Type IV hard armor plate is NIJ 0101.06 certified. Our most capable ceramic and composite hybrid armor plate defeats the 30-06 AP (US Military M2 AP) and all lesser steel core and armor piercing ammunition threats. Unlike current US Military issued ESAPI plates, our plates offer standalone protection and are compatible with common tactical plate carriers.
